Payment Methods

1. Payment can be made in advance or at the commencement of your hire Visa and MasterCard accepted.

2 . Cash or personal cheques are also an acceptable method of payment. However Coastline Car Hire reserve the right to refuse at the point of hire cash or cheque transactions not supported by a current valid credit card or cheques drawn on a non Spanish Bank.

Fuel Options

Your Coastline Car Hire car contains a full tank of fuel. We offer the following two options at the onset of hire, you must elect one at the start of the rental.

Option 1

Purchase the full tank of fuel at the start of the rental period. The price per litre will be at normal pump prices and will include all taxes. UNDER THIS OPTION THERE IS NO REFUND ON UNUSED FUEL.

Option 2

Return the car as collected with a full tank of fuel at the end of the rental period. This option must be supported with a valid credit card. If you return the vehicle with less than a full tank, Coastline Car Hire will charge your credit card for the fuel that was not replaced, plus a service charge of 25% to cover extra services provided and administration costs. Vehicles must be re-fulled within 5 km's of the drop of point.

Option 1 pricing

The price per tank will vary according to the range of vehicle supplied and adjusted without notification to accommodate fuel price increases.

Upgraded cars

Will be charged at the applicable tank rates.
